"Admin was very friendly and always contactable when we need something or having issues Responsibility is excellent. But need more tight coordination between travel agent and ship operator, tour guide and ship captain. So if there any ship replacement or schedule. But overall was so good. Tour guide was very kind and friendly. And very professional about documentation. Highly recommended"
